Near Entry Captains

• 500 - 975 hours of qualifying Part 121, Part 135, or Part 91k experience
• Up to $80,000 in Bonuses
• $20,000 Sign-On bonus
• Captain pay after reaching 750 hours
• $40,000 Upgrade bonus

Direct Entry Captains

• 975+ hours of qualifying Part 121, Part 135, or Part 91k experience
• $40,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out over 12 months
• Top-Tier Pay Rates Starting at $142.50
